Reliable and skilled renovators looking for a Cottage, Camps, House, Apartment, Basement suite, Farm property, or Commercial space where we can exchange renovation and repair work for rent/accommodation you provide material we can do the labor. Willing to relocate to any location. I can potentially assist with some material like smaller things but will not be able to provide material for larger scale things.
Work partner (35M) as well as myself (26F).
After renovations are completed would be willing to rent from owner price depending.
Experienced with:
*Frame to finish work.
* Drywall & plaster repair
* Painting & finishing
*Tile
* Flooring installation
* Demolition & cleanup
* Trim & carpentry
* Basic plumbing & electrical
* Kitchen & bathroom updates
* General property maintenance
* Landscaping & exterior work
Open to:
* Full or partial rent exchange
* Short-term or long-term arrangements
* Rural or city properties
* Fixer-uppers needing consistent work
Dependable, respectful, and take pride in quality workmanship. Ideal arrangement would benefit a property owner who needs renovations completed but would rather trade housing instead of paying full cash for labor costs. I do have an elderly senior 12 year old dog she is well behaved and trained. We are not smokers.
