Looking for Ocean View Building Lot

Looking for a building lot with ocean view (even partial view will do) between Puffy Cup Cove and Chester. Hubby and I would love to build our home on. Doesn’t have to be a large lot but enough room for drilled well and septic and be in a quiet area with high speed internet.
