Parking And Storage Shed Units For Rent At Half Price!

I have a few sheds on my rural property that I am willing to rent out at roughly half the cost of commercial storage units (I've checked local prices). For example, a typical 10x10 currently goes for $205-$315/mth including taxes and fees, but I only charge $100 total for the same size. Over the course of a few months that would save you 100's of dollars in rental fees!!

Available units are as follows:

Unit 1: Large 10x12 (730 cubic feet) with blue vinyl siding, ramp, wood floor with high quality all weather garage mats and solar outdoor light suitable for motorcycle storage, large commercial tools, etc, for only $125 per month.

Unit 2: Mid size 10x10 (600 cubic feet) with brown vinyl siding, ramp, wood floor with high quality all weather garage mats suitable for a couple of bikes, tools, etc, for $100 per month.

Unit 3: Yellow painted 8x12 (510 cubic feet) made of hemlock wood with all weather garage mat and outdoor solar light suitable for one bike plus tools and assorted boxes for only $90 per month.

Unit 4: Half of detached garage (6x15) with concrete floor and new roof suitable for heavy equipment, tools, etc, plus things like ladders can be stored in rafters. Note that some of my old furniture and boxes are stored in the other half of building. Rate is just $75 per month.

Further discounts can be discussed for long term rentals of 6 months or longer.

I don't care what storage needs you use them for as long as it's not dangerous, hazardous material or anything that makes a mess. All units are either new, or like new, except for the garage. You also must have your own insurance that covers your belongings on my property.

I am located halfway between Bridgewater and Liverpool for convenient access from either town. The only difference from a commercial unit facility is I have no security gate, BUT each unit is still private and separate, plus I work from home, so I'm here all the time and there are 2 dogs and watchful neighbours who keep an eye on my property 24/7. So, just put your own lock on the door and you're good to go while also saving a ton of money!

Great for someone with a business who needs to store goods or equipment, or anyone living in an apartment who uses storage rentals for additional space. Please note that these outdoor units are not heated or insulated.

I also have 2 available cleared spots next to my house that are perfect for an RV or trailer outdoor storage parking spot for short or long term at just $60 per month for short term or $325 for 6 months long term (winter or summer)
