CATCH FLIES BY THE LITER WITH OUR REUSABLE MONSTER FLY TRAP!Each pack comes complete with reusable Monster yellow screw on tops, KM 34 bait, and 18 inch reinforced suspension straps to hang up the traps from a tree, wall, fence, etc. All you need to add is an empty two liter soda bottle and 3 inches of warm water.
This model combines the advantages of both a disposable and a reusable fly trap. On other reusable traps, you have to clean out the messy container in order to reuse it. But with the Monster Flies be Gone trap, you entirely replace the two liter soda bottle container, which was going to be throw out anyway. Free green recycling at its best.
If you need to protect a smaller area, for example one restaurant but not necessarily a whole shopping mall, this is the trap for you. This model allows you to continuously reuse the yellow screw on top ( the Monster ).
The suspension strap and the Monster yellow top remain in place. Only the soda bottle and the KM34 bait need to be replaced.

The channel body is pre-waterproofed with a collar made of Kerdi membrane, and the low profile grate is designed to seamlessly align with floors between 1/8 Inch to 9/16 Inch height.
- GRATE ASSEMBLY - Closed (Solid), Perforated, Tileable, Brashedd Stainless Steel, Chrome, Matte Black, Curve, Floral or Pure.
- SHOWER TRAY: the pre-sloped shower tray is machine fabricated to ensure proper water drainage (available in a variety of sizes).
- WATERPROOFING: All prefabricated components (shower curb and shower pan) are pre-waterproofed, which saves time during installation. The kit also includes all the items you need to waterproof other components of your shower: valve seal (4-1/2 in), pipe seal (3/4 In), 4 inside corners, 2 outside corners, Kerdi-line strainer (KLVZSF) and Wedi Joint sealant tube (10.5 oz)

The Schluter®-DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 is a smart thermostat for the Schluter®-DITRA-HEAT floor warming system. It features a sleek design with a mirror-finish and third-party integration with popular voice and home assistants to easily include floor warming into your smart home capabilities.
DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 is a smart thermostat used to control the DITRA-HEAT-E-HK heating cables (either 120 V or 240 V). The thermostat features a built-in Class A ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) and includes input terminals to connect a 10k floor temperature sensor. Two floor temperature sensors are provided with each DITRA-HEAT-E-HK heating cable box.
The DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 was designed to be mainly operated via the Schluter Smart Thermostat app. All features can be programmed and controlled using the app, and these features include remote access, time-temperature scheduling, maximum and minimum floor temperatures, maximum ambient temperature when in floor control mode, easy smart home integration, geofencing capabilities, etc.
The basic installation setup can be programmed from the thermostat menu using the dot soft button and the arrows. Manual temperature adjustments can be made directly using the arrows. When connected to Wi-Fi, the thermostat provides convenient monitoring and adjustment of the floor warming system via our mobile app.
Multiple heating cables may be connected to the thermostat up to the total heating load limit of 15 amps. The DITRA-HEAT-E-RRS power module may be used in conjunction with the thermostat when the heating load exceeds 15 amps (e.g., in large floor applications) to maintain a single point of control. This power module can only be used with the DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 thermostat.
Note: iPhones running iOS older than version 10 and Android running versions older than 6 are not officially supported by the Schluter Smart Thermostat App.

Schluter®-KERDI is a pliable sheet-applied waterproofing membrane and vapor-retarder designed to directly apply tile. KERDI is ideal for use in tiled showers, bathtub surrounds, residential steam showers, and other tile applications in wet areas.
Ditra is a polyethylene uncoupling membrane. It has a grid structure of square cutback cavities with an anchoring fleece laminated to the underside. The open rib structure allows in-plane movement, effectively neutralizing the movement stresses between the substrate and the tile to prevent cracking. The thickness of the tile assembly is minimized by using Ditra, which is only 1/8 in. thick. Roll dimensions are 3 ft. 3 in Wide, Length Depends on Roll Model 54 sq ft / 150 sq ft / 323 sq ft Membrane thickness is 1/8 in. This is the vintage accordion from Local Losers, made by Mantovani in Italy. It has some cosmetic wear but it's fully intact sound-wise and plays just fine. Also comes with a strap and carrying case.
Yeah, for those of you interested in Vernon lore; this is the original, one and only Local Losers accordion - Noah auctioned it off during a concert just before they closed down. I won the bid and now I'd like it to find a new home. (I want to live out of a backpack and accordions are about the size of a backpack. :P)

2007 ESP LTD KH 202 KIRK HAMMETT SIGNATURE SERIES 6 string electric guitar. This shredding beauty plays fast and loud, basswood body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard ESP branded Floyd Rose Tremolo, locking nut, and EMG pickups. Nice hardshell case with keys. Waterproofing matting in coupled polyethylene. Conceived to be laid in areas with bis high presence of humidity.
Suitable for vertical wall tiled coverings of shower boxes, it ensures the non-transmission of humidity in contiguous rooms. Laid while tiling, using bis proper tile adhesive. The membrane in bis soft and highly elastic material compensates as well as small possible movements between the substrate and the covering while also ensuring the non-transmission of bacteria and harmful substances.
Floortec is an installation membrane for ceramic or stone tile based on uncoupling technology. It is placed between the tile and the substrate. Tile and membrane are bonded using appropriate mortar-based adhesives. FLOORTEC installation advantages:

The FLOORTEC membrane neutralizes inevitable stress build-up due to differential movement in the substrate and changes in temperature and humidity. Cracks remain beneath the matting and prevent damage to the tile surface.

FLOORTEC’s cylindrical grid structure, concave on the underside, allows the evaporation of water from the mortar bed, compensating and releasing vapor tension.

Using FLOORTEC allows tile flooring to be installed onto different types of substrates, including concrete and anhydride slabs, radiant heating, drywall, and even wood.

The geometric configuration of the membrane is designed as circular cavities 3mm in depth arranged at regular horizontal and vertical intervals. The circular cavities are filled with mortar-based adhesive during the installation process to form a solid column structure.
TENSION COMPENSATION
(uncoupling) The membrane is able to compensate for differential movement in all directions, neutralizing tension between the substrate (concrete or wood structures) and tile, hence preventing stress build-up and damage to the tile layer.
VAPOR MANAGEMENT
The open cavities on the underside of the membrane provide pressure relief for moisture rising from the substrate allowing the tile flooring to be installed without waiting the usual curing time for concrete (28 days). The humidity evaporates through the interstitial spacing between the waterproof membrane and the non-woven fabric.
LOAD RESISTANCE
The circular column support structure on the surface of the membrane provides increased load resistance compared to other-shaped columns: the mortar-based adhesive on the surface of the mat fills the circular cavities forming a solid column support structure. FLOORTEC has been tested by TCNA and passed all 14 cycles (Extra-Heavy Commercial) on the Robinson Wheel Test (ASTMC627) over 19.2” wood frame construction.

DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 is a smart thermostat used to control the DITRA-HEAT-E-HK heating cables (either 120 V or 240 V). The thermostat features a built-in Class A ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) and includes input terminals to connect a 10k floor temperature sensor. Two floor temperature sensors are provided with each DITRA-HEAT-E-HK heating cable box.
The DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 was designed to be mainly operated via the Schluter Smart Thermostat app. All features can be programmed and controlled using the app, and these features include remote access, time-temperature scheduling, maximum and minimum floor temperatures, maximum ambient temperature when in floor control mode, easy smart home integration, geofencing capabilities, etc.
The basic installation setup can be programmed from the thermostat menu using the dot soft button and the arrows. Manual temperature adjustments can be made directly using the arrows. When connected to Wi-Fi, the thermostat provides convenient monitoring and adjustment of the floor warming system via our mobile app.
Multiple heating cables may be connected to the thermostat up to the total heating load limit of 15 amps. The DITRA-HEAT-E-RRS power module may be used in conjunction with the thermostat when the heating load exceeds 15 amps (e.g., in large floor applications) to maintain a single point of control. This power module can only be used with the DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1 thermostat.
Note: iPhones running iOS older than version 10 and Android running versions older than 6 are not officially supported by the Schluter Smart Thermostat App.

Schluter®-KERDI is a pliable sheet-applied waterproofing membrane and vapor-retarder designed to directly apply tile. KERDI is ideal for use in tiled showers, bathtub surrounds, residential steam showers, and other tile applications in wet areas.
Ditra is a polyethylene uncoupling membrane. It has a grid structure of square cutback cavities with an anchoring fleece laminated to the underside. The open rib structure allows in-plane movement, effectively neutralizing the movement stresses between the substrate and the tile to prevent cracking. The thickness of the tile assembly is minimized by using Ditra, which is only 1/8 in. thick. Today we are featuring a hard to find white Decade bass. This model was introduced in 2004 to celebrate the 10th year Lakland building basses. Decades have a 34” scale and features two Chi-Sonic pickups, and white binding on the neck. It weighs just 9.2 lbs. It. The Lakland neck is 1.5” at the neck and like all Lakland basses, the neck is awesome.
Skyline basses have the electronics installed in Chicago, and the bass comes all set up and the neck is plekked.
The current minimum price we can advertise these basses is $2160 ($1580 US ) but because this is a 2nd (a couple of very minor chips in the neck cavity - see photos) we are offering this beauty at the unbelievable low price of $1500 Canadian. Credit card payments are accepted.
