Well we have decided it's time to part with our baby.
We are the second owners from a very nice lady in Calgary
that lost her husband and couldn't travel anymore.
This 2005 Fleetwood Pace Arrow was a flagship motorhome
when it was released. It comes with everything and then some.
It is 37 feet long and has a very unique feature of
3 slides with the 2 biggest slides opposing each other making
the living area 12 feet across and 22 long. It has 47,800 KMS on it so quite
low mileage. Everything works all glass is 100% intact. We have many of the original bills and papers
and manuals plus the bill of sale for 181,000 dollars when it was new.
We replaced the fridge with a 4 door larger fridge done
by Adrians RV repair just recently. It has all fiberglass 1 piece roof with no leaks. The body is aluminum and
fiberglass so no rust anywhere or damage. It has 2 furnaces and 2 heatpump/air conditioners It has a very
powerful cell booster which turns 1 bar into 5 for both cell calls and data. We replaced the original microwave with the
identical Sharp one 1 yr ago. Which is a convection microwave with Sensory cook.
It has a large bathroom with full size shower. Also it has a built in Splendide washer/dryer which works excellent. All original carpeting. Linoleum in front of the kitchen area in mint condition.
The all leather seats and couch are a breeze to keep clean.
The couch is a pullout and the table folds down for more sleeping area.
2 years ago we replaced the fuel pump installed all Iridium spark plugs and Gorilla plug wires. It is powered by an 8.1 Chevy Vortec and it has 385 horsepower. With an Allison 6 speed transmission.
It has a couple scuff marks on the wood and seats from normal wear and tear
but its in mint condition. We traveled almost 20,000 kilometers in this unit
and loved every minute of it. I will offer the right customer a chance for a couple hours of notes and explanation of workings. We will entertain reasonable offers.

Ahoy, sailors and adventurers! I’m selling my 1982 Catalina for an incredible price.
The boat is moored in the inner harbour in Ucluelet.
To start with the not so good, the 2010 30hp Yanmar is seized which is the reason for the low price. Very much to my surprise as it has less than 700hrs on it! The engine might even be salvageable but I didn’t look into it.
She has some small leaks (Stantions) and delamination as well as she needs a bottom paint job.
On the good side she is a fantastic sailboat and potential liveaboard with lots of space (Sleeps and some incredible perks like
