We are looking for receipts and coupons.
For the receipts, it’s for a volunteer project that we’re doing. Preferably ones paid by cash and don’t have membership information on them to protect privacy. It would also be given to a day home to be used as arts and crafts.
For the coupons, it’s to be given out to non profits. If you have any to spare, that would be much appreciated. We are looking for anything but the most needed are food, basic needs, baby related and pet food coupons. As of right now, we are mainly looking for ones that expire in December or sometime next year. But if you have any that don’t expire within the next 3-4 months, we accept those too.

My name is Dearian Seepersad, I'm a Music Teacher, Performer, and Composer. For the last 5 years I've been performing all over the GTA, including: festivals; pride, multi-cultural, afro-fest, private functions, restaurants, bars, and producing my local show while producing tracks for local Toronto artists. This year, I'm building my independent music school from my home studio. (Big Project!) Too often, I hear about beginner students horror stories about learning in the classical vein or the lack of purpose in general lesson plans. My focus is to create a unique lesson plan for each student to maximize efficiency while incorporating my teaching style into the plan. I incorporate musical expression, technique, and theory into each lesson while taking we've learnt and reworking it into something original. Composition being the ultimate goal; as we learn a lot quicker thinking for ourselves. There are no limitations, I've taught and performed in many genres: Classical, Jazz, Rock,Pop,Reggae, Blues, Hip-hop, Gospel, Fusion, the list goes on... So who am I? I'm a 24 year old musician who's extremely passionate about ALL music. - Completed 3 years Mohawk College Applied Music program. - 5 years teaching experience. (Includes leading band rehearsal and performances) - Developed and promoted shows - Constantly studying the scripts of the great classical composers. - Most important: Patient and Understanding. The lessons I'm offering are: Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, Recording, and Drums. (Drums taught by another teacher) We will discuss: Structure (Form), Harmony, Melody, Counterpoint, Sightreading and Improvisation while meeting the technical demands of instrument.
Each lesson will be 30 - 45 minutes with the option to have the lesson at your location/home. My rates are fair and negotiable. We all have our lives and circumstances going on; it's okay. We have a limited number of spots available in our RV park for summer residents and possibly year-round.
Before you contact us, please read all of this ad carefully.
This is an older adult park. We have no infrastructure for children. There is no playground and no facilities nearby.
This is a quiet adult park that is relaxing, cordial, and free of drama. If you have a lot of visitors and get togethers, this is not the park for you.
Spots are 30amp with water, sewer, and electric (which is metered).
You must be self-contained and use your own toilet and shower. Our facilities are mainly for nightly guests and emergencies in your trailer plumbing. You must have a screw on sewer inlet, not just the type that sit on the sewer.
You must have a newer unit that is visually acceptable.
If you are looking for a nice, clean spot to come on the weekends or stay during the summer, you can park your RV for the summer and pay the monthly rate plus your electric (May 1 to September 30) and then move your RV back home in the fall.
If you are looking for a year-round spot, then we will need to have a longer conversation and get to know each other to ensure you are a fit for our park.

We are a group of people that help out families in our neighbor hood living with extreme low income . Right now there is a very high demand for groceries/ snacks for school . Are you going through your cupboards soon or deepfreezer ??? Can u rememeber us ? If u have a few extra dollars maybe buy a kids snacks for the week or even day it be same cost as a coffee. Every bit helps . Last month alone we helped 7 families just moving here and 6 in our community way to go guys :)

TO ALL SAINT JOHNERS! YOU MUST HAVE HEARD ABOUT THE MISSING MAN AT THE DIGBY FERRY TERMINAL, THAT'S MY COMMON LAW HUSBAND! HE IS STILL MISSING AND IF ANYBODY KNOWS ANYTHING PLEASE CALL THE SAINT JOHN POLICE AT 648-3333! I'M REALLY WORRIED, CAN BARELY EAT OR SLEEP UNTIL HE IS FOUND!
UPDATE: MY COMMON HUSBAND IS STILL MISSING AND PRESUMED DECEASED SADLY. HE WAS DOING COLD WATER THERAPY PRIOR FOR 2 MONTHS AND NOV. 5, 2022 HE DIDN'T RETURN HOME, SO WE ARE ASSUMING THAT HE GOT CAUGHT IN A CURRENT AND DROWN. I MISS HIM EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY AND WILL ALWAYS HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART.

TO THE PERSON WHO FOUND MONEY ON STREET ON FRIDAY IN SAINTJOHN. I JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW WHO'S MONEY YOU KEPT. IT BELONGED TO A YOUNG GIRL WHO LIVES IN A WOMENS SHELTER AND THAT WAS MONEY SHE WORKED HARD FOR IT WAS EVERY DOLLAR SHE HAD TO HER NAME. IT WAS HER WAY BACK AND FORTH TO WORK AND TO BUY FOOD. SHE HAS HAD MORE HEARTACHE IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS THEN MOST PEOPLE GO THROUGH IN A LIFETIME AND YET SHE KEEPS TRYING. PLEASE BE A GOOD PERSON AND RETURN IT.
