Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions and new arrivals
Organize and manage time efficiently to handle multiple customers during busy periods
Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
Support inventory management and organize stock replenishment as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably with a focus on technology or electronics products
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features and benefits
Experience in merchandising, upselling, and promotional activities is desirable
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally
