Position: Spa Esthetician/Assistant (Part-Time or Contractor Based)
Location: Victoria, BC
✨ Compensation & Perks:
- Base Hourly Wage: Competitive ($18.50~$24.50) based on experience or Contractor-Based
- Commission: varies per service provided and product sales
- Tips: 100% of tips received
- Overtime pay

☁️ Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, manage bookings, answer phone calls and assist with reception duties
- Perform massage, foot massage, scalp massage, facial, manicures
- Actively represent and promote the spa, including treatments, retail products, and promotions
- Recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to client needs
- Build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with both new and existing clients
- Maintain a deep understanding of all services and products to provide expert advice
- Ensure a clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment
- (Bonus Skill!) Lash extension experience is a plus

☁️ Requirements:
- Some experience preferred (but training is available for the right candidate)
- Esthetician or massage-related certification preferred
- Passionate about beauty, self-care, and women's wellness
- Friendly, easygoing, and a team player
- Professional, customer-focused, and eager to learn

☁️ Schedule:
- 6-hour shifts (Part-time) or contractor-based
- Day shifts
- Weekends as needed
