Lucky New Years Bouvier Des Flandres puppies, born on New Years Day! 4 males and 2 females still available. These beautiful and active little puppies will be BIG DOGS! They should mature to 100 pounds average (females), and 110-120 pound average (males). They are friendly and loving and make great family pets, but they are not apartment dogs. These little guys will need a job to do so they don't get bored and naughty, and they will need frequent grooming, or the shedded hairs will get caught in their thick coat and get matted. Mom and Dad both resident farm patrols, and Moms side job is making sure the bunnies don't come on the property. Please research this breed before responding to the add.
'Bouviers des Flandres are rational, gentle, loyal, and protective by nature. The breed's particular blend of characteristics makes them good family pets, as well as keen guard dogs. Unlike some animals bred for aggressive nature and power, the Bouvier possesses sophisticated traits, such as complex control, intelligence, and accountability.
The Bouvier des Flandres is an obedient dog with a pleasant nature. They look intimidating, but are actually calm and gentle. They are enthusiastic, responsible, even-tempered, and fearless, and are excellent guard and watchdogs that are easy to train. This breed learns commands relatively fast. However, Bouviers get bored easily and learn best when repetition is limited.
They require well-balanced training that remains consistent in nature. Without being harsh, it is important to consistently make the dog aware that the owner will remain the boss. This breed needs an experienced owner to prevent dominance and over-protectiveness problems. These dogs poorly trained can become inappropriately dominant towards humans. An un-socialized Bouvier can become fearful and pose a problem when introduced to new situations in which they do not feel comfortable.
Bouviers should be socialized well, preferably starting at an early age, to avoid shyness, suspiciousness, and being overly reserved with strangers (although the breed is naturally aloof with strangers). Protection of the family when danger is present is not something that needs to be taught, nor is it something one can train out of them. The dog will rise to the occasion if needed.
A good family dog, the Bouvier likes, and is excellent with, children. The Bouvier is very adaptable and goes about its business quietly and calmly. Obedience training starts when they are young. Their behavior depends on the owner's ability to communicate what is expected, and on the individual dominance level of the dog. They are usually good with other dogs if they are raised with them from puppyhood. Dominant individuals can be dog-aggressive if the owners are not assertive and do not communicate to the dog that fighting is unwanted. Slow to mature both in body and mind, the Bouvier does not fully mature until the age of 2–3 years.

She's good on leash, will also pull small sled with small child, been raised with children, cats, horses and another dog. She can be nervous around new people but once she warms up she's good. However, unfortunately she needs an acerage where she can be outside all the time and run all the time. Trail riding 5 days a week doesn't work she needs to run 24/7.

Mom is an English Mastiff x Cane Corso cross. Dad is an Old English Bulldoge x Cane Corso cross. Both parents are well-trained and well-mannered working homestead dogs. They are both in good health, and have very strong guardian and protection instincts.
Tank is the brindle (father), Rocksea the fawn (mother). Both Mom and Dad are 120+ lbs of muscle; these are large breed working dogs. Dad is very high-energy and sociable, while Mom is a little more laid-back and cautious. Both are very intelligent, and are excellent guardian dogs.
Puppies will NOT be vaccinated, and price HAS been adjusted to reflect this. This is due primarily to (and only because of) our location; we are a full day’s trip away from animal services. Should you wish to vaccinate your pup, this can be arranged. Additional fees would be added as appropriate, to cover the cost of vaccination. Free and low-fee vaccinations are offered by the local (PG) SPCA clinic.
While colors can change as they grow, all are some varying shade of brindle. 3 of the brindles (all boys) have white ties like Dad.
Down payment required (50%) for delivery to be arranged. Additional 50% due upon delivery. Delivery will need to be pre-arranged for a specified date, and can be done in select towns and cities (Fort St. James, Vanderhoof, Mackenzie, Prince George) at no additional charge.
These pups will make great additions to working-dog families, who are used to caring for and interacting with canines.

Hey there,
I have a 5 months old English Bulldog who I have to rehome.
She is $3500, I move in January to an apartment due to ridiculous rental market and so competitive. She is fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, house trained and crate trained. She is great with dogs, kids - a gem.
She is very sweet, loves the lake/beach, great with kids and animals. She is crate trained and potty trained quick. Hoping someone can continue to spoil her as I have
Her parents are from Hungary. She is unregistered. I bought her from a breeder in Calgary, I didn't really need any of that when I got her. I do have pictures of her parents still. She has been healthy, only thing is I stick to salmon based diet with no grains. Going to switch to raw after her last bag as she has a bit of food allergies.
