Just when you thought there was nothing new for horses... This new product is a bucket-hugging fabric hanger, designed to fit a 24 quart bucket. Give it a try if you're tired of your horse tipping the feed bucket - it will help to reduce food or water waste and will cut down on messes.
The top strap adjusts to 8 inches with a strong 2.5 inch snap, with a dee on the back for additional attachment. This beautiful 16.5" Bruno Delgrange Partition is a classic French close contact saddle, ideal for the rider who loves a secure yet responsive feel. It has been very well cared for and is in great condition, with soft, supple calfskin leather that gives a grippy, comfortable ride in the ring or on course.
The semi-deep seat offers a nice balance of support and freedom, helping you stay centred without feeling locked in. More About Peruvian Tack
As described in a detailed article on Perol Chico:
The Peruvian saddle (montura de cajón or “box saddle”) evolved from European designs introduced during Spanish colonization, adapted in Peru over time to suit local riding needs.
Its name comes from the way the rider sits “boxed in” between a prominent pommel and cantle.
The wooden tree is traditionally wrapped with rawhide, then covered with carefully fitted leather skirts embossed with artisan motifs.
A distinctive feature is the guarnición (breeching harness system) — long leather straps (retrancas) that encircle the rear of the horse, secured with caídas attached to the tail cover (florón)
A crupper is always used with Peruvian saddles, linked to the tailpiece via a short leather strap called a cruzeta.
The leather carona pad (or “saddle pad”) not only protects the horse’s back and the saddle from sweat, but also adds decorative flair in matching motifs.
For comfort, the padding is kept just thick enough so the rider stays cushioned over long rides, yet thin enough to maintain close contact with the horse—so even subtle seat aids translate directly.
