I am renting the large bedroom of a one bedroom fully furnished apartment in a great location in North Vancouver from April 1st as a short term rental. It is on all the major bus routes, (20 minutes to Grouse Mountain or a little more than that to downtown). I am a 33 year old working female. I work as a music therapist and have a piano and guitars in the apartment. I am usually at a yoga class or out socially at night. There are no pets or parking spots. I smoke, although go downstairs to do that as there is no smoking on the patio. This is a short term rental for a single person.
