I have been recently diagnosed with chronic lung disease. I am searching for an affordable,above ground, place to live with no carpet, no mold, gas heat. Professional family looking for affordable place to rent. We have two medium sized dogs, which is apparently the issue. All we ask is that we don't share the building with addicts or dealers, we would prefer if the landlord didn't call or text all hours of the night or constantly show up at our house unannounced. It would be really nice if the owners didn't sell the building after we move in, so that we are forced to either move or deal with potential weird landlords.
