Your student id will get you on a bus and to campus in 5-7 minutes. It's bike friendly as well. There is a parking space if you have a car.

QUERIES ARE Including but certainly not limited to: What is your course of study? What hours are your classes and/or when will you be free for your hour per day (can be split into half an hour morning and evening.) ?What is your level of fitness? What labouring skills do you have? You will need to pay a damage deposit. You may arrive with a suitcase and a box or two. If you need a place for furnishings or extensive AV gear, etc, this is not the place for you. A suitcase and a couple of boxes is all there is room for.
If you need help with the math: It seemed that housing could not rage any farther out of control in Victoria but these days seem truly jaw-dropping. If you live at mom and dad's - great, they pay the rent. But if you pay rent -- maybe you will get lucky and find a place for $600 and get a job that clears $30 per hour after deductions. If you pay more than $600 or clear less than $30/hr -- this is a far better deal- for a roof over your head, a quiet place to study, cook, and rest and easy access to campus.
The other bonus is that you can integrate this work holistically into your daily living, you don't have to invest time getting to and from a job, or getting properly dressed for work. You can grab a bus and be to school in under 10 mins without paying parking fees.
