We are 4 UBC students in our undergrad and are renting a beautiful 7-bedroom property — 720 W 54th Ave. There is a 4 bedroom unit on the main floor and a 3 bedroom unit in the basement (each unit has its own entrance, kitchen and laundry). We are looking for people to rent the basement unit. There is also a 4th room in the basement however, it does not have windows. It could be used as a common space or a 4th bedroom. Message for a video walkthrough tour. Square footage listed is for entire house. The house is located at 720 West 54th Ave (30 min bus from UBC campus on the 49). Property has a large front and back yard, a back patio, and a garage. You would be able to sublet over the summer. The landlord needs to know ASAP, by Sunday, April 16, at the latest.
