Chemainus Gardens has one all-year-round, long-term living RV pad with hook-ups for rent. This is not storage; it is a legal place to live year-round. Rent includes the pad, water, sewer, garbage, and some recycling.
Our park is on 34 acres with walking paths, ponds, and great people. Pets are welcome and we have an off-leash dog park for them to enjoy. Enjoy being a part of a real community, whether meeting others at the firepit or joining the ladies who gather at The Little Room to work on crafts. How much or how little time you spend with others is entirely up to you. Must be 21 years of age or older.
