Tout se fait à pied : que se soit les différentes plages (140 m de la plage du Peneco), la vielle ville, le départ de très belles ballades… La voiture n'est pas indispensable et la station de taxis est proche de l'appartement.
Vous disposerez d'une belle terrasse privative aménagée et au calme, aux très belles vues sur l'océan, sur la ville et sur la "torre del relogio", un des symboles d'Albufeira, qui illumine la terrasse dès la tombée du jour. Vous serez bercé par le carillon des 8 cloches de l'église Matriz et les "clameurs" des goélands qui survolent la terrasse.

L’appartement est au 2ème et dernier étage d’une petite copropriété. La résidence n’ayant que 2 étages, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.
- Belle cuisine aménagée, spacieuse et très bien équipée (Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, micro ondes etc… Tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin est à votre disposition). Elle est ouverte sur le salon avec une très grande « table » haute en granit utilisable du côté salon et du côté cuisine.- Une belle chambre (20m²), confortable et climatisée, très joliment décorée avec de grands placards et une commode. La literie, le linge de lit, les oreillers etc sont de qualité. Le lit double (180 x 190) ou 2 lits simples (90 x 190) sera préparé pour votre arrivée.
- Un spacieux salon climatisé avec 2 couchages (2 canapés convertibles de 100 x 200).
La cuisine étant ouverte sur le salon, des rideaux ont été disposés et sont juste à tirer pour permettre de créer une bonne intimité, quasi comme une 2ème grande chambre.- Une belle salle d’eau avec une très grande douche. Les différentes serviettes de toilette, petites ou grandes, sont mises à votre disposition. Il ne vous faut amener que vos serviettes de plage.
- Une belle terrasse aménagée (18m²) est face à la porte d’entrée de l’appartement. Un barbecue électrique (Weber), une grande table, un salon de jardin, des stores permettent de se reposer, de profiter du spectacle permanent avoisinant.

L’appartement est au 2ème et dernier étage d’une petite copropriété. La résidence n’ayant que 2 étages, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.
- Belle cuisine aménagée, spacieuse et très bien équipée (Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, micro ondes etc… Tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin est à votre disposition). Elle est ouverte sur le salon avec une très grande « table » haute en granit utilisable du côté salon et du côté cuisine.- Une belle chambre (20m²), confortable et climatisée, très joliment décorée avec de grands placards et une commode. La literie, le linge de lit, les oreillers etc sont de qualité. Le lit double (180 x 190) ou 2 lits simples (90 x 190) sera préparé pour votre arrivée.
- Un spacieux salon climatisé avec 2 couchages (2 canapés convertibles de 100 x 200).
La cuisine étant ouverte sur le salon, des rideaux ont été disposés et sont juste à tirer pour permettre de créer une bonne intimité, quasi comme une 2ème grande chambre.- Une belle salle d’eau avec une très grande douche. Les différentes serviettes de toilette, petites ou grandes, sont mises à votre disposition. Il ne vous faut amener que vos serviettes de plage.
- Une belle terrasse aménagée (18m²) est face à la porte d’entrée de l’appartement. Un barbecue électrique (Weber), une grande table, un salon de jardin, des stores permettent de se reposer, de profiter du spectacle permanent avoisinant.

Pour tout séjour d’au moins 2 semaines, nous mettons à disposition un 2ème « jeu » de draps, de serviettes, de torchons.
