1951 Ford F1...
Description
This is a one and only find. 1951 Ford F1 Patina Hot Rod Pickup – $35,000
This is not your average old truck. This 1951 Ford F1 is a true head-turner — chopped, channeled, patinaed, and sitting on a Ranger platform with the right stance and attitude to stop people in their tracks.
Under the hood is a Ford 429 big block, paired to a Ford C6 automatic transmission with a Lokar shifter, putting the power down through a Ford 9-inch rear end. Up front, it’s got a Mustang II front end so it drives, turns, and handles far better than your typical old pickup.
This truck gets smiles per mile everywhere it goes. Kids love it, adults crowd around it, and at any local car show you’ll have people circling it all day. It has the kind of presence you cannot build without spending serious money.
Best part — the ownership is registered as a 1951, so it qualifies for Hagerty insurance at only about $250 per year.
Hagerty appraisal: $39,600
Asking price: $35,000
