Crew Manager
Lead a team of two to three painters, help manage daily projects and timelines, and ensure quality results and positive team morale. This role provides valuable leadership and management experience.
Ask to be considered if leadership is of interest.
Qualifications
-Available to work most of the summer (April–August)
-Reliable transportation to job sites (vehicle access is a plus)
-Physically able to move ladders and equipment
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work well in a team
-Pride in producing high-quality work
Compensation and Perks
-$20–$25/hour based on performance
