We bought presale 21xx-908 Quayside Dr, New Westminster in 2015 and after 4 years of waiting, the building has completed in July of 2019. Now we are renting out our brand new 2 bed room apartment and 2 bathroom with a large balcony from January 1st, 2020 for $2600. Our building is river sky tower 1 and it's located right in the center of action beside the Quay Market. It'a approximate 1000 sqft and it's the K plan which is the best plan in this building.
