Free Stay in Exchange For Pet Care (Apr 16-30)

We typically use TrustedHousesitters when we have to go away. If you're not familiar it's a community that matches up home/pet owners with travelers looking for free accommodations. So we usually get folks from out of town who are looking for a place to stay while they visit family or explore Essex county as tourists. Covid has greatly reduced the number of people traveling to our area so I'm expanding my reach. This would be a great solution if you have family or friends coming to visit who need a place to stay.
We have a 3 bedroom semi-detached home in the city, close to amenities with unlimited high speed internet, home office, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video etc, stocked fridge etc. All in all a pretty comfortable place.
We need a very responsible pet sitter for 2 weeks in April. (16-30) Sitter would be looking after 4 cats (2 of them are going concerns) and potentially a really chill Belizean potlicker.
We'd like to propose a free stay in exchange for pet care.
All interested parties will be thoroughly vetted. References, in person interview and possibly a (virtual) home visit could be requested. Pre-travel briefing in our home would be important.
Detailed instructions as well as all info related to our home and pets would be provided. (Feeding, care, behaviours, vet info etc. as well as wifi, emergency contacts, neighbors...)
There would be no contact with us upon our return.
