Looking for Wah Dong or Walter Tsang

I’m looking for an Old Friend by the name of Wah Dong or Walter Tsang. He would be around 65 years old.
He worked at a Photo Shop on Centre Street near 16 ave nw Calgary. It is now a restaurant.
He would know of the Golden Gate Cafe from over 50 years ago. If anyone knows of him, please contact
