Need help to find my biological father

I’m asking you help to find my biological father Robert “Bob” Lecompte and his wife Cynthia Gibbons.
Bob is from the Ottawa area and Cynthia is from Corner Brook NL. They lived in Corner Brook until April 2017.
I had made contact with them in 2017, they were heading to NWT and Yukon before moving to Ottawa. I believe that they decided to move somewhere else in Canada because they knew that I was filing charges against him for Assault on a Minor (with a weapon). There’s now an arrest warrant in Ontario for Bob.
If someone knows any information about where they live I would appreciate it if they could provide me with the address or even just the city would be helpful as the detective on my case could contact the local police to enforce the warrant.
