I’m an award winning songwriter with a large catalog of original, competitive Country and Country/Pop songs professionally demoed and available to record. I also have the backing tracks to these songs which you can use FREE OF CHARGE. This way, you can take these tracks to a studio of your choice, record YOUR vocals over the tracks and save yourself a lot of time and money recording your single or album.
To date, I’ve won 5 professional songwriting grants through FACTOR (Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent on Recordings),and have had several Independent Country Artists from around the world record my songs.
If you’d like to listen to some songs, please copy and paste (or type in), the following link into your browser. Thank you.

Hi,
Mandolin player(can sing lead/harmonies) looking for a group. I do play other instruments but prefer to focus on mandolin. I prefer experienced replies(from experienced players/bands) but beggars can't be choosers.
I'm interested in acoustic or electric configurations. I have good gear and several years of gig experience. If you intend to reply with intention you can add Copperhead Road or Losing My Religion to your setlist, although I can play them I prefer not to. I've no interest in getting drunk/high at rehearsals/gigs nor do I wish to be around it. A drink or a toke is fine just don't ruin it for others.
Due to pandemic I am content with learning material remotely until the AHS says we can hold hands, go back to the olden days and sing kumbaya as one. :)
Originals/covers are fine with me. If they are covers hopefully not overplayed and worn out material.
Thanks for reading.

Dear Stefan Klein,
I didn’t answer the questions like an interview. I just wrote random replies to your questions, whatever came to mind. I didn’t know how else to approach your proposition. There was no concept to what I did. I just did it. It was purely spontaneous.
When you wrote:
5. When the economic bubble pops, will it separate the people or stick them together?
I wrote:
Seven cats. On a roundabout. Wearing hats.
I can’t really tell you why….

Dear Adriana Elena Blidaru,
You wrote to me in May. It’s now September, three years later. Thank you for the Nathaniel Mackey text. I just printed it out. Imagine that, this text you sent me took three years to get to me. This temporal delay is just that, a delay. But, I imagine it could be something else. Imagine if it was the length of a journey from one point to another. Imagine it took three years to reach me from you, by boat or horse or car or whatnot. Or, maybe it wandered a little, got lost, like a message in a bottle. I heard a story recently of a message in a bottle found off Australia that was thrown over board over a hundred years ago. I just printed the text, since the images were lo-res the words are a little blurry. But I found that if I blur my eyes, the blurry texts becomes legible somehow. So I am going to blur my eyes and read this text that you sent me. I only have three sea horses left from the Frieze project. They are sitting on a shelf in my studio. I keep giving them away. It is ongoing dilemma of mine. To give everything away.

Dear Evelyn Mund,
I’m sorry, I feel I am a lazy artist. I don’t think you really want me to send you my date of birth. This is because I always send people different ones. And your request is for something quite professional. And you might not understand. I don’t even know if I understand. I don’t even actually have an updated CV. Is this really necessary? And the same with a portfolio. I am such a mess. But maybe I am not a mess at all. Maybe I am just attempting to live in this fantasy reality in which birth dates don’t matter, in which no one cares how many one person shows you’ve had, or about your portfolio PDF. I don’t even know how to make a PDF. (Here, I admit, you’ve caught me in a lie. I can kind of make a PDF.) I’m sorry I never sent you my cover letter.

I know it's a stretch but I'm reaching out to you guys again.
Over a year ago, my girlfriend and I went to Commonwealth with some friends and she had a family heirloom bracelet fall off her wrist. The clasp was a little loose. I contacted Commonwealth at the time, with no luck.
The bracelet is thicker than your average bracelet, gold in colour, and is fixed in a circular shape. It's a bit difficult to describe, but it is sort of sqaured off in shape and twists around. It's large and would be hard to miss. It's the middle bracelet in the picture below. This bracelet has great sentimental value.
If any one has information that leads to it's return, we would happily compensate you for your help.
If you have seen this bracelet, or can identify it in anyway, please let me know.

We are conducting an online research study to better understand how physical distancing is impacting people’s mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. While isolated from others, many people are using smartphones to keep in touch and engage with others. With the use of a special app, we can begin to understand how people are saying socially connected through calling, messaging, and app usage. Understanding healthy social behaviour during the pandemic can help minimize the negative consequences of physical distancing. We are looking for people to join our study!
Who can Participate? We are looking for people aged 15 years and up to participate in the study. You do not need to be diagnosed with a mental disorder to participate in the study. Everyone is welcome!
Will you be reimbursed for your time? Participants will receive $40 for filling out the questionnaires and working with our app for one month. We will ask participants to fill out questionnaires again after three months. So, if you complete the study you will receive $60.
Please register using the following link, so that we can send you more information about what it will mean to take part in the current research study: COVID19-prosit.info
A staff member from our research team is available to answer any questions you have about the study at our toll-free number 1-833-905-0314 or by email at PROSIT@iwk.nshealth.ca.
