P. regius(Regal Jumping Spiders) are a popular large species from
Southeastern US (also native to the carribean) that come in a variety of colour forms. Due to their large size, simple husbandry and colourful pattern, they make great pets.
P. otiosus(Canopy Jumping
Spiders) are less commonly kept in the hobby but have a wider distribution in the eastern US, they are typically found in the canopies of trees and mature in the fall.
