We have a room available in a shared house with mature university and college students. The house is well-maintained and peaceful—perfect for focused study and relaxing downtime.
We value cleanliness and accountability, with simple house rules:

Rent is affordable and includes shared access to kitchen, laundry, and living spaces. Utilities and Wi-Fi are shared equally and included in this price. Utilities do vary a bit from month to month and we will always give you 3 weeks notice of utility cost ahead of changes.
