Job Description:COMPENSATION:$19/hour+ Benefits after 3-month probationary period:Dental, Drug, EAP, EHS, Tele-medicine, Travel+ Yearly evaluation for Bonus / Pay-Raise / Promotion FULL-TIME:12:00pm-6:30pm (Monday-Friday AND/OR Saturday 11-am-4pm) MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:To provide + report + coordinate timely and accurate support to sales and operations team to secure & maintain successful enrolments and maintain team work flow.Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & servicesCoordinate contractors and subcontractors to maintain timely work flowTroubleshoot and resolve concerns with team work flowComplete verifications, audits, and accurate reporting of new enrolmentsTrack shipments and order inventory & supplies as requiredData Entry + Scanning + FilingDocument + update client records based on interactionsAssist with recruiting staff & contractorsBrand management with marketing team – online marketing, website management. Proficient with Google, Facebook – requires strong online/computer skills. GROWTH WITHIN THE COMPANY:Scope to oversee and manage OR lead team that reports directly to you. EXPECTATIONS:Punctuality – being present daily, and keeping deadlinesIntegrity – differentiate right from wrong, treat people with respect, and make ethical choicesReliability – can be trusted to do your work correctly without supervision and figure out solutions on the fly without needing to turn to your superiors every timeConveying important information when presented with new knowledge.Maintaining good hygiene and professional attirePositive communication and effective listening are essential when giving and taking instructions.- Note-taking is encouraged in all situations REQUIRED SKILLS:Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Good team development and leadership skills. QUALIFICATIONS:Post-secondary education in business administration or related field.1-2 years’ Canadian work experience in administration or related field.Computer literacy and proficiency – Able to work on navigate and use Google workspace, Microsoft Office Programs, basic troubleshooting. Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
