Requirements:
Previous construction experience required
Knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Experience with drywall installation, taping, and basic finishing
Ability to measure, cut materials accurately, and follow instructions
Capable of site clean-up, material handling, and general labor duties
Strong work ethic and attention to safety
