Part time off site Condominium Superintendent.

Seeking mature, friendly and experienced part time person to assist with the everyday upkeep of a high rise Condominium in Cambridge. This position requires someone that is an excellent cleaner, has office experience ( answering phones, responding to texts and emails, booking appointments. Coordinate move in, move out and deliveries. Address and or direct residents concerns. Work hand in hand and assist building contractor's. This position requires someone who is available to work between the hours of 8 AM - 4:00. Most shifts will be a four hour shift approximately 15 - 25 hours per week. Weekends will be required. Its a busy job, no real heavily lifting. Superintendent or building management experience would be ideal. Willing to train the right person.
