I am moving back to Campbell River area this summer. I have been away since 1996 and I am really looking forward to having my family experience Island Life.
I'm flexible on area but ideally would love to find a house from Willow Point out to as far as Saratoga/Black Creek. Even better if you are looking to sell the house in the near future. We are not sure how relocation will pan out in the mortgage world, so we may need to get established with new jobs etc before we can buy again. We will be out around Easter so could meet/discuss/view then.
Buying we are looking at around 1M, bit more if there is revenue from the property. Like a secondary suite, above garage suite etc. Renting up to $3000mth, to start sometime over the summer. Min 6mth rental.
