The space
The master bedroom is fit for royalty with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is just as regal with a king bed and en-suite bathroom as well. And for the little ones, the third bedroom has two twin beds and a third bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway.

But wait, there's more! This condo also comes with a service room stacked with a washer/dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the bells and whistles that you can use to impress the family with your amazing cooking skills

The living room is perfect for movie nights to enjoy with the family on the comfortable couch while watching Netflix on a 55" Smart TV. The dining area is equipped with a big dining table and a seating for six where you can eat that delicious food.

And let's not forget about the spacious covered balcony with a lovely ocean view, complete with an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, lounge set with a table where you can enjoy your coffee in the mornings and a gas BBQ for all your grilling needs. You will have full access to everything in the common areas, pools, parking and beach club as well as exclusive use of beach shaded loungers (only for guests of Playa Turquesa). You will feel like you own the beach! You can literally grab your towel, get out your private terrace and get to one of the most beautiful beaches you could ever see where the friendly beach attendants will designate an exclusive lounge area as per your desires.

As your hosts, we live in this exact same community, so you can rest assured that we will give you the best information to ensure you have a great vacation. We are in love with this unique community where we feel like living in a resort but without the "resort schedules"... we pinch ourselves every morning when we realize we are calling this wonderful place Home. We speak English and Spanish fluently as well as Russian and Hebrew.

Everything is right here! The grocery store, over 40 restaurants, souvenir shops, gym clubs, nightlife, everything you need is only a few steps from this unique gated community.

There is 24 hour security at Playa Turquesa and you will be required to wear a bracelet during your stay.
