These came from Target, before being used in a general contracting warehouse. They are currently being stored in Kelowna BC, however I have a small section on display in my garage in Abbotsford BC. The units do have scratches and some shelf’s have a little surface rust. They clean up nicely and can be used in retail, commercial, or home applications.
Delivery and Installation available to be negotiated depending on location.
Willing to put onto pallets however the 114in uprights will be oversized.
Unit has anchor points to be secured into the floor, it does not need to be secured.

Bonjour!
J'offre un service de reconditionnement de batterie de vélo électrique (principalement de type Vélec, Pédélec, Écolo Cycle, Samsung, Hailong, plusieurs types de Bionx, modèles discontinués, etc).
Ma méthode de travail est de réutiliser votre boîtier de batterie de vélo électrique pour y remplacer les cellules au li-ion usagées par des cellules neuves de capacité supérieure. Je peux donc minimalement restituer la capacité originale de votre batterie et dépendamment de l'espace disponible dans votre boîtier, je peux souvent l'augmenter!

Mes clients apprécient le fait que, dépendamment du modèle de votre batterie, je suis souvent capable de faire le pré assemblage du bloc pile avant que vous ne me remettiez votre batterie. Ainsi, sur rendez-vous, je peux faire le reconditionnement de votre batterie dans un très court délai (±1,5h).
Dans ce cas, nous prenons rendez-vous, vous me laissez votre batterie, chargeur et clé et j’effectue le travail en une heure trente environ. Vous repartez donc rapidement chez vous avec une batterie fonctionnelle.
Dans la plupart des autres cas, mon délai de production est d’environ une semaine, plus les délais et frais de transport si c’est par la poste (±30$ par expédition). Vous n'avez pas d'acompte à payer (votre acompte, c’est votre batterie!)
Soyez efficace : quand vous communiquez avec moi à l'aide de cette annonce, merci de me donner votre nom complet, numéro de téléphone, le voltage de votre batterie ainsi que le "output dc voltage" écrit sur l'étiquette à l'endos de votre chargeur.
Voici maintenant des consignes d’utilisation pour maximiser la durée de vie de vos batteries au lithium-ion.
Peu importe leur technologie et la chimie qu’elles utilisent, aucune batterie ne dure éternellement ni ne conserve ses capacités initiales pour toujours! Cependant, en observant les consignes ci-dessous, vous pouvez prolonger substantiellement la durée de vie de votre batterie au lithium-ion ;
1. On recharge une batterie pour l’utiliser dans les meilleurs délais → Idéalement tout de suite à la fin de la charge;
2. Pour charger la batterie, on connecte le chargeur à la batterie, puis on connecte le chargeur au mur. À la fin de la charge, on déconnecte le chargeur du mur, puis on déconnecte la batterie du chargeur. On évite de laisser une batterie pleinement chargée toujours connectée sur son chargeur.
3. IMPORTANT : Pour les 5 premières utilisations → On évite de vider la batterie au-delà de la moitié. Les batteries au li-ion neuves atteignent leur pleine capacité après 4 ou 5 cycles de charge et de décharge. La batterie sera alors à son plein potentiel!
4. On évite de décharger la batterie de façon volontairement exagérée → Exemple, un jour on se dit « aujourd’hui, je fais le plus long trajet possible pour voir la limite extrême de ma batterie! » : ceci endommage la batterie pour le fait suivant : une batterie qui se décharge voit son voltage baisser, alors, pour continuer à fournir la puissance requise, l’ampérage du circuit augmente pour pallier la baisse de voltage. À l’extrême limite de la décharge, quand le voltage est très bas, l’ampérage augmente considérablement, ce qui endommage petit à petit les cellules li-ion, et réduit la durée de vie de votre batterie. Donc, si en fin de balade, le vélo arrête, que la puissance coupe et que l’affichage sur le vélo s’éteint, c’est que le voltage de la batterie est trop bas. C’est l’action du contrôleur du vélo qui coupe l’alimentation pour éviter que la batterie ne se brise. IL FAUT ÉVITER DE SE RENDRE À CETTE LIMITE!
5. On peut charger la batterie aussitôt qu’on en a l’occasion. → Vous faîtes une petite halte au resto en mi-parcours? Apportez votre chargeur! Un 5 ou 10 minutes de charge vont être bénéfique sur la longévité de votre balade et le balancement des séries de votre batterie. Les batteries li-ion n’ont pas de « mémoire » donc les recharges fréquentes ne les endommagent pas.
6. On entrepose la batterie lorsque sa charge est à 50%. → Pour l’entreposage, laisser la batterie à l’intérieur dans un endroit tempéré et sec. Si vous n’avez pas de cadran indiquant le niveau de charge de votre batterie, à votre dernière balade, si vous savez par exemple que votre vélo fait 40km avec une charge, et bien vous remisez la batterie après une pleine charge et une balade de 20km! Ensuite, une fois par mois minimalement, on recharge la batterie, mais nul besoin de la recharger au complet. Seul un 10-15 min suffisent. Idéalement, vous pourriez même faire des sessions de recharge hebdomadaire de 5 ou 10 minutes.
7. En fin, si l’ordinateur de votre vélo vous permet de régler certain paramètre tel la vitesse maximum ou l’ampérage maximum tiré de la batterie, plus la valeur de ces réglages sera basse, plus votre batterie durera longtemps (mais je comprends que le but est d’avancer et d’avoir du plaisir !)
8. Notez que je ne me porte pas garant des mauvais fonctionnements des autres composantes du vélo externes à la batterie qui pourraient affecter l’autonomie (ex. : court-circuit, moteur usés, pneus dégonflés, freins mal ajustés, etc., etc.).
