Decent trailer that doesn’t get used. It’s got a newer floor, newer tires, lots of caulking replaced. No leaks. It pulls nice behind a 1/2 ton. Everything seems to work fine but the furnace (either I don’t know how to run it or it doesn’t work). Can sleep up to 4 adults comfortably, the a/c is ice cold. No water hook up, just a tank to fill
