We've decided to sell our food trailer after about 14 years of service. This u-built unit is spacious and functional for anything from large festivals to small event catering. It's been all around Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands and has never let us down. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who's been wanting to get into the food truck scene but doesn't want to spend 100k or more on a truck. We're pricing this unit to sell, and are excited to see this trailer be the start of someone's dream! Well we have decided it's time to part with our baby.
We are the second owners from a very nice lady in Calgary
that lost her husband and couldn't travel anymore.
This 2005 Fleetwood Pace Arrow was a flagship motorhome
when it was released. It comes with everything and then some.
It is 37 feet long and has a very unique feature of
3 slides with the 2 biggest slides opposing each other making
the living area 12 feet across and 22 long. It has 47,800 KMS on it so quite
low mileage. Everything works all glass is 100% intact. We have many of the original bills and papers
and manuals plus the bill of sale for 181,000 dollars when it was new.
We replaced the fridge with a 4 door larger fridge done
by Adrians RV repair just recently. It has all fiberglass 1 piece roof with no leaks. The body is aluminum and
fiberglass so no rust anywhere or damage. It has 2 furnaces and 2 heatpump/air conditioners It has a very
powerful cell booster which turns 1 bar into 5 for both cell calls and data. We replaced the original microwave with the
identical Sharp one 1 yr ago. Which is a convection microwave with Sensory cook.
It has a large bathroom with full size shower. Also it has a built in Splendide washer/dryer which works excellent. All original carpeting. Linoleum in front of the kitchen area in mint condition.
The all leather seats and couch are a breeze to keep clean.
The couch is a pullout and the table folds down for more sleeping area.
2 years ago we replaced the fuel pump installed all Iridium spark plugs and Gorilla plug wires. It is powered by an 8.1 Chevy Vortec and it has 385 horsepower. With an Allison 6 speed transmission.
It has a couple scuff marks on the wood and seats from normal wear and tear
but its in mint condition. We traveled almost 20,000 kilometers in this unit
and loved every minute of it. I will offer the right customer a chance for a couple hours of notes and explanation of workings. We will entertain reasonable offers.

This Chevelle was purchased new at Parks Chevrolet in Greensboro, North Carolina on March 28, 1968. The original purchase price was $3275, and the original owner traded a 1963 Impala against this car. This Chevelle has a desirable list of options which include power steering, power brakes, bucket seats with console, rear radio speaker and more. The front brakes have been converted to discs. In 2009, the car underwent a frame off restoration using all of its original sheet metal. It was repainted in its original Seafrost Green color. Photos of the restoration are included in the sale. The black interior presents in excellent condition and everything functions as it should. The engine bay is very clean and has a period-correct 396 Big Block engine. The floors and frame are perfect and are just as clean as the top side! An excellent opportunity to purchase an original Super Sport 396. This is a stunning, collector quality 1968 Chevelle SS!

It is a Mulsanne Blue example with blue cloth bucket seats. This Monte Carlo is a rust free example that has received one repaint. It is offered out of long term ownership, having been with its last mature caretaker for 20 years! This Chevrolet is powered by a strong running 454ci engine. The engine has brand new aluminum roller rocker setup. Power is sent through a TH400 Automatic transmission. The rear end is a 10-bolt Posi. The original style interior presents very well. A Classic Auto Sound AM/FM radio has been installed and auxiliary gauges are found under the dash. The paint is very good and the body is straight. The Chevelle originated from South Carolina and was just treated to a new complete restoration on the rust-free original panel body. The bumpers were replaced with new ones and all the other chrome and trim on the car is in excellent condition. Interior was also completely redone with new headliner, carpet and seat upholstery. Melanson Motors is proud to offer this 1975 Ford F250 Highboy. It was during the fifth generation that the F250 4x4 “Highboy†was introduced. Highboy was not a specific model or official designation, but it became a well known nickname for 1967-‘77 F250 4WD models. These models had a divorced transfer case. Therefore, a factory suspension lift was required to provide clearance for the transfer case and front driveshaft. This made the truck sit higher and gave it a very tough factory lifted look. This F250 is a real F26 VIN, ¾ ton, 4-speed, 4x4 Highboy. This truck was born at the San Jose, California plant with a Pacific Canada DSO. The truck spent its whole life in Western Canada. The truck has a strong running rebuilt engine, stroked to 390 cubic inches. It has headers, an aluminum intake and Holley 4 barrel carburetor. The 4 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the truck drives well. The 4x4 works. The truck is presented in its original color of Vineyard Gold. The paint is showing its age and has many flaws. A 2WD box has been installed and the truck has a custom aluminum tailgate and back rack. The interior has been restored and features new carpet, dash pad, seat and door panels. Underneath, the truck is very solid and shows no signs of rust. The truck rides on 16 inch aluminum wheels with 265/75 BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2 tires. This 1967 Pontiac Firebird was built the 2nd week of May at the Lordstown, Ohio plant. Notably, this car was special ordered in Coronado Gold which was a spring order color only. It was a very rare, short production color in 1967. It was also ordered with a 326 cubic inch 250 hp V8 engine, automatic transmission, front disc brakes, power steering, center console, electric clock, tilt steering wheel, power convertible top, pushbutton radio, rear seat speakers, custom seat belts, Safe-T-track rear axle and Red Stripe tires. This Firebird has been the recipient of an older restoration performed between 2002 and 2004, which shows very well today. Restoration receipts and invoices are included totalling over $13,000.
