2008 Rockwood Ultra Lite 27’ travel trailer.
Recently renovated (2024). Interior has newer flooring and countertops. It feels bright and modern for its age. Slide out makes a big difference for space.
It is currently empty. Some photos show it before I took everything out.
It’s not perfect (but it’s such a cozy space). There are a few cracked spots in the flooring and some walls could use paint. Normal wear for the year.
Solid trailer overall, but I moved and don’t have a spot for it.

I am selling my 2006 Toyota Sienna AWD (Luxury Trim). This van runs great and comes loaded with the premium features of the luxury package, including an excellent factory sound system and an AWD drivetrain that handles great in all weather conditions. It is also equipped with a tow package.
As I am currently preparing to migrate, I am listing it as-is and have priced it accordingly. There are just a couple of minor items that I haven't had the time to address:
Drive Shaft Support Bearing: It needs to be replaced. I already purchased the brand-new replacement part, which will be included with the sale so you can swap it in.
Left Sliding Door: The door itself functions fine manually, but the power cable recently snapped, so it currently does not slide automatically on its own.
This is a comfortable, reliable, and highly capable van with plenty of life left in it. Perfect for families or road trips!
