Hi! My name is Jenn J! I am an advanced holistic nutritionist who helps women experience symptomatic relief from their hormones while helping the whole family live healthier, one bite at a time! My goal is to help you identify lifestyle factors that cause hormone imbalances and guide you in making healthier choices! I take a holistic approach - meaning that we look at all aspects of your life from food, to exercise, to sleep and stress, and even chemicals in our homes!
In the last several months, we have all struggled mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially with the lockdowns. And with our gyms and local hangouts closed, we've secluded into unhealthy habits.
Time to break free of those habits and start feeling energized, happy, and spunky!
For the next 4 weeks, I'm hosting a fun online challenge that includes fitness and nutrition, aimed at getting you active, moving your body, eating cleaner, and losing some excess fat all from the comfort of your home!
I'm building a 4-week meal plan to help us all hit our goals! But don't worry, we won't be starving ourselves or eating tons of weird food and empty salads! These meal plans are clean, easy, simple, affordable, and family-friendly, so I'm removing ALL of the barriers when it comes to eating healthier!
At the beginning of each week, I'll be hosting an online meal prep workshop to show you how to prepare your meals from the plan for the week, with ease, so you're set up for success!
After the initial 4-weeks, we'll be transitioning into 3 months of continued support, education, group coaching, and extra challenges as we head into the summer months to keep your momentum going!
We start on Monday, May 3rd and there's still room for a few more participants!
