If you are wanting to learn to play the piano, or improve your keyboarding skills, I would love to help you, or your child, achieve those goals. In the past couple of years I have started teaching virtually, and you may wonder if learning to play piano in this format is effective. The answer is YES! My students have had great results with remote lessons!. I have found that in terms of musical growth, we can accomplish the same things online as we could in person. This includes the student/teacher relationship which is so important. On top of that, I really enjoy being able to share my love of music with students from so many different locations. The 2026 Summer Youth Photo Camp offers a dynamic week of hands-on learning,
creative exploration, and technical skill development. Participants will immerse
themselves in a variety of activities, exercises, and experiences designed to foster
both artistic and technical growth. By the end of the week, they will have gained
an understanding of exposure, lighting, image critiques, and non-traditional
photography techniques.
The camp will conclude with a Friday exhibition for family, friends and ViewPoint
members, showcasing the participants’ work, celebrating the progress and
achievements. Armed with new skills and insights, participants will be equipped to
enhance their personal photographic practices and create thoughtful, impactful
images with any camera. Activities include photo walks, gallery visits, alternative
printing methods, exhibition preparation, and more!

Looking for some guidance and maybe a little community help.
I'm a medically retired guy living on a fixed disability income. I live with several disabilities, including cPTSD, chronic pain, and shoulder issues that affect my day-to-day life.
My specialists and physiotherapist have been encouraging me to gradually rebuild strength and function through proper exercise, but hiring a personal trainer is simply beyond what I can afford at the rates I've noticed.
I'm wondering if there are any personal trainers, kinesiologists, fitness enthusiasts, or rehab-minded people in the area who might be willing to help me develop a simple, realistic exercise plan and provide some occasional guidance. Going to a gym is unrealistic since the passing of my service dog.
I'm open to thinking outside the box. If there's a way I can trade skills, help with computer or technology-related tasks, or contribute in some other way within my physical limitations, I'd be happy to discuss it.
I'm not looking for a handout or a miracle cure. I'm simply trying to improve my quality of life, reduce pain, and regain some strength and independence.

My name is Susan, and I am a qualified, and very experienced instructor, with over 30 years of teaching experience, both in a private setting, and at the university level. I have taught students of all ages and levels of study. My education includes a BA (Mus), andMMus (Piano Performance).
If you are wanting to learn to play the piano, or improve your keyboarding skills, I would love to help you, or your child, achieve those goals.
In the past couple of years I have started teaching virtually, and you may wonder if learning to play piano in this format is effective. The answer is YES! My students have had great results with remote lessons!.
I have found that in terms of musical growth, we can accomplish the same things online as we could in person. This includes the student/teacher relationship which is so important. On top of that, I really enjoy being able to share my love of music with students from so many different locations.
There are also the practical benefits to learning remotely such as the convenience of signing into lessons from home, the time and expense saved from not having to travel for lessons, etc etc.
