Ame généreuse,mécene recherché(e) pour m'aider. Besoin d'autonomie.

Post note:
To continue my career in this field, I am currently pursuing a degree in Integrated Mathematics and Computer Science at Ontario Tech University.
With roughly two years of tutoring experience, my approach is to help all students thoroughly understand concepts, rather than just memorize formulas or techniques. I believe that this is a key to long-term success in any subject. To achieve this, I use a variety of teaching methods and resources in my lessons. I also encourage my students to ask questions and actively participate in the learning process, this helps them develop a deeper understanding of the subject and makes the learning process more enjoyable.
Knowing that there are different learning styles, I make an effort to tailor my lessons to individual needs. For example, if a student prefers visual aid, I might use more diagrams and graphs in my lessons, while someone more hands on might require a greater number of interactive activities or problem-solving exercises.
Overall, my goal as a tutor is to share my knowledge and expertise in a way that helps all learners succeed.

Do you want to become self-employed?
Mr. Steam is a unique, affordable franchise that is committed to finding innovative ways of providing support to franchisees by developing assets that can be shared by all Mr. Steam Owners. Our online training course, marketing content, web design and custom coded online booking software are perfect examples of how Mr. Steam assets can make entrepreneurship easier for franchise owners.
You need to buy your own tools (around $4000) and have a suitable work vehicle. Ideally you would have a cargo van or truck, but some franchisees have made it work with an SUV by wrapping it with vehicle decals, so it still looks professional to customers.
There are currently 9 Mr. Steam franchisees in Canada and 3 in the USA. I can provide their contact information if you’d like to speak to them about their experience of opening a Mr. Steam. Overwhelmingly it is a low risk, high reward path into entrepreneurship.
Spring cleaning is the busiest time of year, so now is the perfect time to start!
Apply at MrSteamFranchising.com and be sure to check out our YouTube channel (just search “Mr. Steam carpet cleaning” as it has lots of helpful beginner information.

We have a limited number of spots available in our RV park for summer residents and possibly year-round.
Before you contact us, please read all of this ad carefully.
This is an older adult park. We have no infrastructure for children. There is no playground and no facilities nearby.
This is a quiet adult park that is relaxing, cordial, and free of drama. If you have a lot of visitors and get togethers, this is not the park for you.
Spots are 30amp with water, sewer, and electric (which is metered).
You must be self-contained and use your own toilet and shower. Our facilities are mainly for nightly guests and emergencies in your trailer plumbing. You must have a screw on sewer inlet, not just the type that sit on the sewer.
You must have a newer unit that is visually acceptable.
If you are looking for a nice, clean spot to come on the weekends or stay during the summer, you can park your RV for the summer and pay the monthly rate plus your electric (May 1 to September 30) and then move your RV back home in the fall.
If you are looking for a year-round spot, then we will need to have a longer conversation and get to know each other to ensure you are a fit for our park.
If you have questions, please reach out.
The name of the park is unimportant at this time as is the exact location. We are in the Keremeos area, near the river.
If you are interested in coming in next summer or for year-round, please tell us a little bit about you and your situation.
Thanks!

Oh, Guardian Angel, celestial guide on my earthly journey, I humbly seek your divine protection as I embark on the paths that unfold before me. Wrap your ethereal wings around me, shielding me from the uncertainties and perils that may cross my way.
In the vast expanse of this world, where the winds of change blow unpredictably, be my steadfast companion. Illuminate my path with the radiant light of wisdom, so that I may navigate through the twists and turns with grace and discernment. Guard my steps, dear Angel, as I tread upon unfamiliar territories, ensuring that I remain unharmed and secure.
May your watchful eyes be my beacon in the darkness, guiding me away from the shadows that may attempt to engulf my spirit. Grant me the strength to face challenges and the resilience to overcome obstacles. Let your heavenly presence instill in me a sense of calm, even in the face of turbulence.
I express my deepest gratitude, O Guardian Angel, for your unwavering vigilance and the celestial love that surrounds me. Your protection is a sacred gift, and I receive it with a heart full of appreciation. In moments of solitude and amidst the bustling noise of the world, I recognize your subtle whispers of guidance, a comforting melody in the symphony of life.
In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, I embark upon my journey, trusting in the divine grace that you, my celestial companion, bestow upon me.

I've had this ad down since the world went nutty in early 2020, and it's time to put it up again. I've met some great people in the past that I've trained with, a couple of whom have become good friends.
FYI, I'm vaccinated if that matters to you.I've been putting in an effort to being more active. I prefer to actually enjoy my work out/active time when possible. And it's also a hell of lot more motivating to do with others.
As far as general fitness/workouts, I'm up for hiking, running, swimming, diving/flips, handstands, biking, calisthenics (play grounds are awesome for this), plyometrics/hill sprints, parkour, crossfit, HIIT, weights, climbing, stretching, yoga, etc. In the nice weather months, I tend to spend the majority of my active time outside.
Sparring, boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, martial arts in general is what I've found to be the most fun and best type of workout, along with being a constant learning experience. So I prefer this, but I'm up for any/all of the above (or something completely new). If you don't have much experience with martial arts/combat sports and want to learn, I'm happy to pass on what I know (and if you ever end up becoming a UFC champion one day, I'll assume it's all due to my tutelage so I want a shoutout in your post-fight interview with Joe Rogan...and a pizza).
If you're looking for something similar, or have any other workout suggestions, I'm all ears.
