Bonjour, je recherche une famille qui saura prendre soins de Margot, elle a 1 an, nous l’avons acheté au mois de mai dernier. Nous sommes sa 3e famille, selon la personne à qui nous l’avons acheté, elle était parfaite et la raison de la vente, plus jeune fille avait peur des gros chiens. Nous sommes tombé en amour avec Margot dès que nous l’avons vu, elle était peureuse mais pensions que c’était normale car elle ne nous connaissait pas. Elle s’est habituée à nous la 2e journée mon conjoint plus long, 3 jour il ne pouvait l’approcher elle reculait et se cachait. Avec nous elle est resté extrêmement affectueuse, aucune malice, super gentille avec les chiens et les enfants. Le problème est que dès que nous recevons de la visite, elle devient hyper peureuse, se cache et elle urine si quelqu’un s’en approche. Je n’ai jamais vu un chien aussi peureux et ça me fait mal de l’a voir ainsi c’est comme si elle avait été battu. Nous ne savons pas ce qu’elle a vécu pour être ainsi car n’avons pas vu son premier propriétaire, mais il est certain qu’elle a vécu quelque chose de traumatisant et cela m’attriste beaucoup. Le vétérinaire conseil une aide avec un spécialiste en comportement animal, cela coûte beaucoup de sous et du temps et malheureusement, on manque de temps puisque nous avons de jeunes enfants et cela demande beaucoup de temps . Je cherche par miracle une famille qui, sachant ce que je viens de vous écrire pourra en prendre soins, elle est heureuse dehors à courir dans les bois sans laisse, nous l’avons promenée avec une laisse, première expérience difficile elle tire très fort elle est plus à l’aise lorsque je l’a promène avec mon autre chien. Aussi, nous devons la mettre en cage lorsqu’on n’est pas à la maison car autrement elle gruge des objets par exemple, mitaines, coussins, souliers, malgré qu’on lui donne des os. Elle est opérée.

With a heavy heart we have decided to rehome our 6 month old male pup “bear”. We are finding the interactions between him and our other older dog is not going well , despite many different approaches over the past few months. This pair of male Anatolian Shepherd pups are well started - weaned, wormed, vaccinated and well started on their careers as livestock guardian dogs. They are strong active dogs, cautious around strangers and quick to challenge unfamiliar animals but warm, gentle and loyal to their family and the livestock they know. They are great protectors and have already challenged coyotes, bears, cougars, foxes and eagles. They tend not to live with livestock but guard and patrol their home property. They are used to sheep, poultry, cattle, and horses.
They work well together and two are recommended if you are challenged by cougar or a lot of coyotes or wolves. They will continue to mature in size and temperament until at least 2 years old. They have been fed large breed puppy kibble.
Very similar in size and appearance but one has darker head and chest and white front paws. We have both their parents - both pure anatolians - now both fixed as this is the last litter we will have.
