This is hard, but I need to rehome my goofy boy, Dougal. I'm facing an abdominal operation with a long recovery time, I live alone, and there is no one who can assist me - so I can't keep my boy. He is very well behaved though he gets very excited when greeting new people. He is currently living with 2 cats & is a very accepting boy. He is crate trained for evenings or when you leave the house. We are sadly having to rehome our dogs because of life changes that have left us unable to care for them.
Lego will be 2 on Dec 28th. He was chocolate brown, but turned grey. Lego is extremely loyal and won't even run away if we leave the door open. He knows how to sit, give paw, fetch and play dead. He has really tight curls and doesn't shed at all. Completely housetrained. He does not like to be kept in a kennel, he's very loyal and always wants to be with you. Lego is allergic to chicken and beef and needs a dog food made with a different kind of protein.
Lady will be 1 on August 27th. We didn't get her until she was 4 months old. She can sit and give paw. She has more of a wavy curl, but still doesn't shed enough for us to notice. She is mostly housetrained, but any accidents are our fault because of work and not always getting her walk. Lady is very snuggly and affectionate. She has always taken a little while to warm up, but once attached she's very loving.
Both dogs are still intact because we intended to breed them. Selling for $1000 each. F1B labradoodles are the pups of a labradoodle and a poodle. This makes their coat more curly and stops any shedding making them hypoallergenic. My family has very bad allergies and we do not react. Labradoodles need their groomer to pull the fur in their ears to prevent them from getting ear infections, so must go to a knowledgeable groomer. His preferred place to sleep is in bed or the couch and he knows commands like sit, up, high-five and speak. When taken outside he pees on command when prompted by the phrase “pee-pee” as well. He does some separation anxiety in the form of barking but really that his only quirk. He has some good years left and needs to be able to finish them in a loving home and environment.
Nelly
Nelly was a rescue from a previously abusive atmosphere and at times it still shows. She is extremely gentle, bordering on timid but never aggressive. She is good with people, kids and cats. She just loves everyone she meets and forms instant bonds with those she interacts with. She loves to be warm and sleeping in bed with blankets and pillows as well as cuddling and long adventurous walks. She is no stranger to car rides or to her favorite restaurant, Tim Hortons (plain timbits only). She needs to be able to live her life in a loving and stable environment where she can blossom and grow.
Orion
Orion has such a goofy personality its hard to resist, he can really make you laugh with his antics at times. He is a very sweet dog who is also very intelligent and picks things up quickly. He loves to be outside more than anything and really enjoys long explorative walks. His inquisitive brown eyes will make you want to satisfy his curiosity about the world around him. He can be shy at times or seem hesitant but with the right person will grow into the confidant dog he is meant to be.
Rocket
Rocket has had a rough go in life, being born with severe allergies to a lot of things coupled with a bad heart. He is prone to hematomas of the ears and scratches his ears on a daily basis. Cytopoint is his main medication for the itching as well as natural remedies for itching like honey which is applied to his food. Beyond his medical issues he is a fun loving dog that wants to enjoy life. He is very obedient and is pliant to positive reinforcement training and just loves long walks wherever you may go. He is very confidant and will even try to enter grocery stores if you let him. He has a gentle disposition and just wants to be with his loved ones more than anything else. He needs a good, stable environment to flourish within as well as to receive the medical care, patience and love that is required for his needs.
Luna
Luna is a dog who at most times unsure of the world around her. She reacts to people, other dogs and her environment with growling and barking. Her temperament is actually very sweet and gentle but she does need firm guidance when it comes to her interactions, with other dogs in particular. She is a very sweet girl and tends to border on the dramatic at times and tends to be quite chatty. She loves nothing more than just being with her person and being part of what they are doing whatever that may be. She is quite young yet and just needs proper support and training to overcome her anxieties as well as a stable and warm environment to help her navigate along the path to becoming her best self.
