The latigo carrier is embossed with 16 (seat size), W (wide width), however the seat has lots of padding which reduces the sitting area to a 15 inch seat. Approximately 25 lbs. Old western saddle, I believe 16” seat not sure gullet or bars but can get measurements for those interested.
Rode in it a few times but was a gift in 2021. Leather on the one side is permanently bent from being leaned up against a wall (before it was given to me).

Back in stock. Brand new, extra large headstalls made of 3/4" harness leather, excellent quality, made in Canada. Brass swedge buckles on cheeks and buckle on browband for perfect fit for large-headed horses. Ties at bit ends. Good for draft cross pack horses, drafts and mules with large heads. Harness leather requires little maintenance and is very strong (feels waxy).

These Mecates are made from 100% natural horsehair and each one is a one of a kind, hand made rope. Each rope is unique and has a special feel of its own. These are four strand Mecates and do not have a core for a lighter/softer feel.
Mecates are traditionally paired with a bosal to create a hackamore-used in the first steps of creating the traditional bridle horse. Or they can be paired with a set of slobber straps and attached to a snaffle bit.For sale currently

Big Horn Trail Model, 17” seat with a true 8.5” gullet - awesome for drafts/ draft crosses with big shoulders. Lots of flare. Very good used condition, fleece is in great shape. I bought it for my Clyde, tried it on for size and never once used it. Decided to go the English route for good.
