This one's the real deal. The Eamor Model 111 - known as The Latigo Roper - is a piece of Canadian saddlery history that still has plenty of miles left in it.
Built on a Low Moose tree with a 15.5" seat, 3" common cantle, 14" swells and a #4 dally horn, this saddle was built for function. The short 26" skirt and 7/8 in-skirt rigging keep things clean and practical, and it comes complete with both front and rear cinch - ready to go.
What makes this one worth talking about is the latigo leather. Two full layers, head to toe. That's why it has some weight to it, and that's exactly why it was built to handle whatever weather you throw at it. The leather is still remarkably soft and supple - a real testament to how well it's been cared for over the years.
Estimated 6.5" gullet. Good candidate for a wider, flatter back.

Hi!
Wondering if anyone out there has a horse they would like to lease- on their property, or have some extra horses that need some miles on them, or a riding partner.
Had to say goodbye to my riding mount of 25 years a few years ago, and am really missing being in the saddle! Although obtaining a new horse is in the near future, for time purposes as of right now, I'm looking for someone who might want to lease a horse out, or maybe have a few too many horses not getting out on the trails!
I am an experienced rider, and of course willing to meet up and see how my riding skills are, are not a problem!
If this is something you have to offer a Mom really missing a piece of her, wanting to get back out in nature on horseback please reach out!!

Beautiful, older 14-inch Silver Royal barrel saddle in excellent condition. This saddle was proudly handmade in the USA by Circle Y during their premium collaboration era, offering unbeatable structural integrity, top-tier leather, and legendary craftsmanship that outlasts modern imports. When they were built to last and highly regarded for their thick, high-quality leather and beautiful hand-tooling.
This saddle is in excellent condition. Hardly been used and always stored inside where it was heated.
Stirrups have been professionally twisted.
Comes with cinch.
Quality made saddle, not a cheap version of what it is today, no comparison to what the brand (Silver Royal) is today.
Not suited for high withered horses, at least not the 2 horses I had it on even though I had used it with thick saddle pads and short rides.
$1400 reduced...$1000 need gone, found another saddle to buy.

Hollys sire, Hollywood Deja Blue (15.1h) is a gorgeous grullo producer and 94.6% foundation bred. Due to injury he never was started but has made up for it in his progeny. Most of his offspring are great riding horses. They are all great minded, easy to start and many have ended up being solid kids horses.
