I have a coming up yearling buck, looking for his new farm. He was bred here on our farm and was set to go to a new herd last fall but the deal fell through to no fault of his own, last minute. This boy is super long haired and faints easily, I have registered him as a level 5. He has great bangs and is one of the smallest bucks I have produced. He comes from a clean tested herd of CL, CAE, and Johnes. His papers haven’t arrived in the mail yet but he is MGR and MSFGA registered and microchipped. Destony is coming 3 this April, she is double homozygous by parentage, as well as 5 panel negotiate. She is halter broke, hauls loadd very well, has had lots of traveling time under her belt. Can be tied hard and fast for hours. Has good feet, that wear evenly, good with feet. Very friendly, easy to catch and handle, nice mover, cow breed line. We’ve got Icelandic landrace chicken eggs for hatching for $8 an egg.
With our Icelandic breeding program we don't have any other chicken breeds on our farm so that there is no possibility of mixing.
Fertility can’t be guaranteed however we have several roosters with our flock and almost all the eggs we have cracked to eat have the bullseye in the yolk that only fertilized eggs have.
Can provide a small to larger amount of eggs depending on needs with a bit of advance notice.
Open to trades and especially for eggs of peafowl, guinea or turkey.
