Mountain Biking Pro: She is at her happiest following a bike on the trails. She has incredible stamina and loves the chase.

She is a high-drive herding mix who needs a handler familiar with the quirks of Cattle Dogs or similar breeds.
Active Lifestyle: She needs a home that can provide significant daily exercise and mental stimulation.
Adult-Only Home: Due to her herding instincts and nervousness in certain situations, she can nip. She cannot be in a home with small children.
No Cats: Her "chase" instinct is strong!
Safety First: She wears a muzzle when mountain biking; she is fully acclimated to it and doesn't mind it at all—it simply keeps her and others safe and relaxed.
The "In Your Bed" Command: She is highly responsive to this command, which is her "safe space" when she feels overwhelmed.
The Ideal Match
We are looking for an experienced owner who understands "herding dog brain." Ideally, you are a mountain biker, hiker, or trail runner who wants a loyal shadow on the trails. She needs a home with a yard and a predictable routine where she doesn't have to spend much time in a car (her least favorite place).

Brand new Omlet Eglu chicken coop. Still in box. I decided not to raise chicks this spring so you save the tax. Coop is made from strong plastic with a wire metal run. Predator proof. Very easy to clean with a hose. Chickens can live in it over the winter. Can easily be dragged/moved by one person to fresh grass every other day. Perfect for chickens and chicks as they can’t escape through wire run. Comes with strong plastic water dish and food dish. Arrangements can be made for Coop to be available in Fredericton or Saint John. I’ve had wooden coops before but this plastic Omlet Eglu coop is the best!! Attached are photos from past years. Meet Carl, she is a 14 year old QH style horse. 14’3 sticked. Carl was underweight when she came to us. She has been gaining weight nicely. As she still has some more to put on, I will gladly do so if no one is wanting her. She is difficult to deal with but once she’s comfortable with you she gets better. I would like her to go to a home with no riding as she deserves retirement. She was a broodmare prior to coming to me. Was supposed to be broke to ride but untouched for a long time. I’m taking a loss with my price. Price is to just ensure a good home. 1500. Will send my feed plan that I do with her as well. If I could keep her I would but I have had rough pregnancy so far and wanting to downsize. Not in a rush to sell her as I enjoy her company brushing her outside and in her stall. Grain 2x daily and 24/7 access to hay. Inside for nighttime and turned out daily. She will be unsure for the first few days with you, but she will warm up and be a great companion for your horses, or even yourself. She currently babysits my two year olds for me and she does a wonderful job. She is not nasty, mean, just scared. She deserves the best home with someone who is patient with her as I have been. Again, she is for COMPANION.

This grade bay mare would make a great youth horse with some more training. My teens have rode her in the round pen and out on a trail. She's green but safe, nothing nasty, never bucked, reared or bolted. Has sat for a year and hopped back on her with no issues, she offered nothing bad, rode out in the open field with no worries. Farrier said her feet are good just need regular trims as they were long when i got her. Never been lame and has a good brain, eager to learn. She is clean in a stall (makes her worth more lol) does well with mares or geldings, lower on the pecking order. Would go good in any direction, cute western horse or take her English and jump her, she jumped a gate here once and it was beautiful to watch. She's not spooky whatsoever, could make a cute cow horse as she loves to track things. No test rides as i have nowhere safe to ride right now. She has sat since last year. She's got a cute personality and has learned to have manners since coming to the farm. Can live out with a blanket or inside, she does great with both. We make our own custom feed, but just a simple mash keeps her fat.
My loss, as she's a great little horse. I don't have time for her with a new baby and a job that has demanding hours and i have to many other green horses who need worked.
Have to stick her but i believe she is about 14.3 Vet checks welcome.

Rembrant is a coming 5 year old, grade qhxdraft, gelding standing at about 15hh. He had his teeth done October 2024 including pulling his wolf teeth. Due for worming in the spring. He is halter boke and lead like a gentleman that he is. He picks up his feet well and is good for the farrier. He loads and trailers well. He did know how to lunge as the walk and trot both directions but hasn’t practiced it in a bit due to my time constraints. He has got a great personality and is a very sweet boy.
Due to Remy’s conformation he is not sound for riding. Remy can be a bit spooky at times but I think with consistency he will learn to think through scary situations.
Remy is not for a beginner handler/horse person due to him being spooky. He relies heavily on his handler for comfort and confidence. I will not be selling him as a riding horse, his conformation is not fit to carry weight on his back, he is strictly a companion horse or do liberty/groundwork with him. Hes a very sweet boy that loves to be loved on and just be a pet for someone.

These three male Siberian Husky puppies were born on February 21st, 2026. Mom and Dad were raised from pups and both are on site as our loving pets. Both parents are purebred Siberian Huskies. Dad is around 60lbs and Mom is around 46lbs. The puppies will have their first set of vaccines and vet health check at 8 weeks.
The puppies are well socialized with both parents, our two cats, and a baby. The puppies are $1600. Willing to negotiate the price.

Adoption requires a few steps to ensure these boys and girls are going to the right home, and to give you a hassle free adoption with no worries. This process allows us to help you if you have any wrong information about husbandry and their care. The best way to have healthy animals is to prevent the harm rather then fix it when it already comes.
-step 1: There is a simple adoption form to fill out
-step 2: We require a non refundable deposit of 25$ when we confirm adoption will be processing through. This will happen after the adoption form is accepted, this ensures your place in line as well as gives us confidence that you will stay with us through the process. The 25$ will be counted in your total expense.
-step 3: An person meeting where you get to meet us, the people behind the rattery, and we get to meet you! This is also the time where you will get the meet the litters in person for the first time!
-Step 4: after adoption has been completed, we require an update after a month.

These baby rats will be healthy, cared for, and happy little babies, they are all extremely family and kid friendly and a great way to introduce responsibility and companionship to your kids!
These babies are on a custom made diet to give these rats the healthiest diet we could make, they are desensitized to many different kinds of environments, including cats, birds, reptiles, loud environments etc.
