We have selected our breeding stock from 5 separate small breeders across Canada. We have noticed that two of our lines seem to really compliment each other and may combine these two lines toward the end of this year when we can really assess our grow outs from this combination. We are working toward our 6 main goals with our line of Marans, we are very selective with our flock and are finally confident enough with our flock’s performance to meet the American Standard that we will be showing our Black Copper Marans line this fall.Our Marans eggs on average are 65-75 grams and are currently a #4 - #7 on the MCCUSA shade card and are group A and B for roundness. Though we love the dark eggs, it is not all about the eggs. We select for overall health and vigour of the bird and are slowly working toward darker eggs within our flock. It takes years of hatching and selective breeding to achieve a well-balanced healthy bird that lays those dreamy dark russet-coloured eggs.
We only hatch out our roundest and darkest eggs here on the homestead.
Egg shades will vary depending on the time of year as Marans lay a lighter shade later in the season.We are active members of the APA and both the Marans Club USA and Marans Chicken Club. We only breed to the APA standard of perfection.

Stunning F1B Aussiedoodle puppy ready to go to their forever home.
Mom is a beautiful, Blue Merle F1 Aussiedoodle and dad is a handsome black and white Standard Poodle (pictured in last pictures). We expect the pups will weigh between 45-55 pounds, but this is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.
Puppies have been raised in our home with our family. They are very well socialized and will make fantastic pets.
They come with their first set of vaccines, de-wormed and with a health check from our vet. They are micro-chipped and come with a two year health guarantee as well as a lifetime of breeder support. On pick up day you will also receive a puppy pack that includes 30 days of free pet insurance.
A deposit of $300 is required to hold a puppy with the remaining balance to be paid on pick up day.

Handmade from 550 paracord or for an additional fee they can also be made from military spec paracord which includes a fishing line and a fire line inside the cord.
The price stated is for a 6ft leash however I have done all kinds of differing leashes, 4-8ft, with a traffic handle.... etc. I can do almost anything you could want or need in a leash.
I have pre-made 6ft leashes also if that is what suits you.
I have also done reins for a barrel racer, horse tack brach I would love to get into as well!!

LOST: Black male cat who had a black walking harness on. It has a silver loop on the back and a silver charm on the front (will ID if found. Seen and tracked in the Fairway Hill Cresent/Greenview Drive marsh/forest area, mid-December 2023.
Bolted when noisily startled from Fairway Hill Park in Fairway Hill Cresent by an entire class of kids.
He answers to Norman, is all black, very large sized cat, with a bit of white on inside lower belly that looks like underwear (see pictures). He was bigger than an adult cat by 6 months old.
His eyes are gold, with green in the middle. They look all green when he’s surrounded by greenery. He walks with his head and very thick tail, curved down (see pictures).
Norman is an experienced trained trail running cat and therefore likely to be hiding in grassy, wooded, shrubbery areas. Perhaps around the golf course/forest, as he is very familiar & comfortable with those types of quiet places, than noisy city streets.
He likes to sleep outside, even in cold weather and loves eating grass & bugs. He’s a natural ground hunter (he was looking for chipmunks in the rocks at Fairway Hill Park when he ran off) and may be spotted ground-hunting in quiet, wooded /grassy areas.
He’s a quiet observer and a shy, but gentle giant with people.
Message day or night if spotted.
My other cat & I miss him desperately!
If seen, please contact police or message me. We miss him so very much and our lives will never be the same until Norman comes home!
