The latigo carrier is embossed with 16 (seat size), W (wide width), however the seat has lots of padding which reduces the sitting area to a 15 inch seat. Approximately 25 lbs. Old western saddle, I believe 16” seat not sure gullet or bars but can get measurements for those interested.
Rode in it a few times but was a gift in 2021. Leather on the one side is permanently bent from being leaned up against a wall (before it was given to me).
Still very comfortably to ride in and I’ve used it for the odd trail ride.

Brass swedge buckles on cheeks and buckle on browband for perfect fit for large-headed horses. Ties at bit ends. Good for draft cross pack horses, drafts and mules with large heads. Harness leather requires little maintenance and is very strong (feels waxy).
