If you would love to have a puppy, but don’t want to/can’t start with a very young and untrained pup, these babies are for you! Litter 1 were 16 weeks old on December 19 and Litter 2, 15 weeks old on the 21st. They have had a lot of basic foundation work put in.
Scotch/Scottish Collies are bred to have a lower energy level compared to border collies, aussies, etc. and have a definite “off” button. They are very people-oriented dogs and will be happy in a home where they have at least one person or another dog with them most of the time. They will not be happy in a situation where they are left home alone all day or crated while their owner is at work (a puppy pen is fine while they are still learning). They need a situation with a fenced yard or rural property where they can run freely at least a couple of times a day and will not be confined to just leash walking.
Parent dogs have been used as companions, small vermin control, watch dogs, and as guardians against predators up to fox size. My adult dogs are adept at recognizing “friend” from “stranger” including vehicles.
Puppies were born in my bedroom and have had extensive handling every day of their lives. Have been acclimated to being handled all over, grooming, nail clipping, bathing; they will sit or stand quietly to wait at mealtimes; share toys, food and bones nicely, and have been socialized with people, adult dogs, rabbits (and chickens to a lesser degree). All puppies are fully litter box trained and learning outdoor toilet routines. They are currently pottying about half outdoors and half in the litter box with near zero accidents. We are beginning more advanced activities like clicker training and loose leash walking. We use the Puppy Culture program as a guide with modifications.

These are purpose-bred Rottweiler mixes, or "Mini Rotts," that mature to about half the size of a standard Rottweiler. Parents are between 47-58 lbs, and 19"-20" tall at the shoulder. DNA screened and clear through Embark, and OFA cleared hips and elbows, normal patellas.
Their smaller size make them ideal for apartments or stratas with breed size restrictions. Our goal with this smaller variation is to create versatile dogs with better joint health/less issues with hip dysplasia, and longer life span, while remaining functional as a working or sporting breed.

EXTRA INFORMATION:
Prior to you taking home your new puppy they will be in the beginning of being potty trained, we start with pee pads but do not rely on them for too long. We expose them to being outdoors when their bodies can regulate their own body temp. The puppies will come with their first round of vacations and deworming and a certified vet check.Puppies will also come home with a toy, a piece of the blanket from its liter and with mom’s scent on it. A bag of puppy food, and their second dose of deworming. You will get weekly updates on your puppy via email or text whichever you prefer. You will also be given a non-breeding , no shelter agreement which will ensure that you are not to ever hand our puppies over to any shelters and that if you are to rehome the puppy I will assist you and would like to be notified. Non-Breeding agreement starting upon the puppy being at the age in where it is able to be fixed it will be and you will received a 6 months out email from myself requesting that~
I am very diligent and organized in my handlings with my puppies because I want to ensure they go to good homes and if you cannot commit to a lifetime with them, I will always be there to ensure that your little love bug gets the rehoming that is the best for it! Puppies are going for $1499 each. If you decide you want one of my puppies you are required to pay a $499 non-refundable puppy deposit. I take Cash or E transfer (No cheques.) You will receive a non-refundable puppy deposit receipt from myself upon deposit given. The deposit is non refundable because once you have selected your pup that puppy comes off the ad online, and I cannot sell it to any other potential interested buyers.Once you have paid your deposit, your puppy will be taken down from all the advertising, and my ad will be updated with available puppies remaining minus your selection. You will then be added to my mailing list for weekly updates on your new puppy! I send weekly updates via EMAIL only as some files are larger because they are video content and multiple photos. Please ensure you have a working email address.
