Bonjour a vous! Je suis présentement à la recherche d'une personne pour sous-louer mon bail que je possède déjà. L'appartement est un 4 et demi dans le sous-sol et est situé au 1040 avenue Bienville. Il est situé entre le cégep et l'ITAQ/faculté en médecine vétérinaire.
Nous avons des animaux présentement et nous avons laveuse-sécheuse d'inclu également. Le prix du loyer est de 548$/mois et donc revient à 274$/personne/mois et ceci sans l'hydro ni l'internet.
