Access roads are normally gated by Timberwest. A key is required to access their gate. Their gate-key application includes a $500 deposit. The property covers 600 metres of frontage on both sides of the Bear Creek, and 150 metres on frontage on both sides of Jordan River. These 2 waterways are closest in proximity to Mt. Valentine as they are located at the flank of the mountain. The claim centre is at latitude 48.503898° longitude -123.935704°.
