The location is ideal and one of a kind in the fact that you are minutes by boat from the Clearwater bay government landing and in the heart of world class fishing of all species of fish. The property location is facing south west, and the Bay itself is 1 mile long by 1/2 mile wide. There are 6 private residences in the bay with our own personal cabin located next door to Turtle Bay vacation rental. The Camp sits on one acre of land with 180' of prime water frontage with a combination of both rock and sand beach.
