Bonjour, un de mes locataire, Francis, cherche quelqu'un pour partager son logement. Tout est compris eau chaude eclairage electricité et internet. C'est un gars super apprécié des autres locataire de l'immeuble et facile a vivre. SVP communiquer avec lui texto ou tel 819-989-2119. Vous devez aimer les animaux car il a des chats. Je post une photo qu'on a fait pendant les reno mais il a meublé le logement depuis. Vous devez juste apporter votre lit. Il y a une cuisine, un salon double, et 3 pieces fermées. Francis occupe une des chambre seulement. Si vous voulez etre 3 colloques ce serait possible aussi et moin cher svp negocier ca avec Francis. La cueillette de petits fruits, la pêche et la baignade peuvent être pratiquées en été. Un foyer électrique, un poêle à bois, un feu de camp (Le bois est inclus) et un BBQ au propane sont sur place pour l'ambiance et/ou cuire vos aliments. Vous pouvez louer un vtt ou des kayaks pour des randonnées et, en plus, une visite guidée de la ferme est offerte ($). En hiver, comme il est situé sur le dessus d'une montagne, l'accessibilité se fait en motoneige ou à pied. La distance à parcourir est de 350 mêtres à partir de ma résidence où vous pouvez y laisser votre véhicule. De plus, en hiver, il n'y a pas d'eau courante puisque l'arrivée d'eau est gelée. Dans ce cas, je vous transporte, en motoneige, de l'eau à partir de ma résidence. Mais il y a aussi des avantages en hiver comme l'accès à une patinoire sur le lac, des pentes incroyables pour glisser, faire du traîneau à chien ($) ou de la raquette, etc. Nous demandons 300 $ pour une fin de semaine et 650 $ pour une semaine.
